EU15 Ltd has developed an interactive CD-Rom Toolkit "Bullying Behaviour in the Workplace" which is intended to give employees the resources to enable them to deal with bullying in the workplace, should it arise.

Through research undertaken to determine what information was available regarding bullying in the working environment, the need was expressed for a simple Toolkit for the “new/returning to work” employees to help them develop basic identification and coping strategies.

With the support of businesses and experts in the field, EU15 Ltd has developed this Toolkit to help identify bullying behaviour within a work environment and suggestions as to how to deal with it.

We believe this Interactive CD-Rom Toolkit will be advantageous to any employer as it will assist in reducing the number of days lost due to stress related illnesses as a result of being bullied.
