Outplacement Plus are pioneers in the provision of this exciting concept of delivering a virtual career centre capability anywhere and at anytime. This cutting edge service can be delivered as a traditional on-site programme or at any other locality giving 24/7 access to all individuals irrespective of location.

Our bespoke career management and outplacement programmes, which are modular in nature, adopt realistic timescales and manage the relationship to ensure the client receives the appropriate level of service and that programmes are neither too short, nor too long.

We can then support the client in setting appropriate goals and methods of assessing progress in relation to these goals to achieve what they want in life, achieve their aspirations and fulfil their needs.
